Colleges, departments, units, athletic teams and more are all getting ready for Give Day, a 29-hour online and in-person fundraising drive to support initiatives at UC Davis Health, our veterinary hospitals and the UC Davis campus. This year’s event runs Friday and Saturday (April 14-15).
Here’s how some of the participants are building excitement on social media:
Give Day photo contest

With Give Day and Picnic Day sharing a day on the calendar, it’s only natural that enthusiasm from one spills over into the other. Development and Alumni Relations is holding a Give Day photo contest — just take a photo with a Give Day filter from home or stop by one of these photo locations during Picnic Day, then post it with the hashtag #UCDavisGiveDay to be entered to win a prize bag.
