If you regularly read our science news, you know that we try to bring you a mix of interesting stories representing a wide range of research and try to show why these stories matter to you. Now we are launching a new product, Egghead, a blog about research by, with or related to UC Davis. Egghead will discuss and link to all kinds of news stories, images, video and audio clips generated from campus research; offer perspectives on major research-related news stories from UC Davis experts; and provide a venue for those items that do not quite fit into our other publications. All are welcome to read Egghead, comment on posts or send feedback via e-mail. The name was inspired by Robert Arneson's "Egghead" sculptures, a prominent feature of our campus. Egghead is designed and produced by UC Davis University Communications.
