A driver was hospitalized Thursday (June 29) when her car rolled, coming to a stop upside down in a campus intersection.
Campus police and fire officials say the driver suffered only minor injuries, but was taken to the UC Davis Medical Center as a precaution. The crash happened just before 1 p.m. at the intersection of La Rue and Dairy roads.
Campus police are still investigating the cause of the crash, and could only identify the driver as a woman.
A UC Davis employee driving a campus vehicle was "clipped" by the car as it rolled, but that driver was not injured, Fire Chief Nate Trauernicht said.
